Destikim is a great guy from El salvador, that basically works with a hybrid style between manga and some original designs from cartoons, so if you visit his gallery you'll find some AGU and Kim Possible stuff, but more importat is the direction that he gives to every picture because he did great and original pictures. I really appreciate the effort that DestiKim put in every piece, bcz he's one of the few artist that really make an effort to use a character in different situations that not necessarly fit the character. His work with Kimi from All Grown Up is really nice and even the most incredible situations are protrayed with a great talent.
