FOP Rainy Night

The only reason for doing this picture is because I really wanted to work with water effects, drops, reflects and rain ... lot of rain and yep it was easy (tedious but easy) Originally I thought to do a picture of Tommy and Kimi (from AGU) but I decide to do new FOP fanart, BTW it's a shame that we can't see all the face of Timmy but anyway it's one of the problems with characters with big heads
